Gregory Little joins Working Wardrobes’ board of directors

Working Wardrobes, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey towards finding gainful employment, has announced the addition of Gregory Little, a Newport Beach resident, to its esteemed board of directors. Little brings executive-level leadership, collaboration and strategic vision to the Orange County-based organization.

Gregory Little is a new member of Working Wardrobes’ Board of Directors

 Little is the managing director of alternative investments for Pacific Life. He earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego. His education and decades of experience will be instrumental in guiding Working Wardrobes towards its goals of assisting individuals in overcoming individual barriers to employment, strengthening their workforce and life skills, renewing their self-confidence, finding and maintaining living wage employment in higher wage, high growth occupations with the potential for upward mobility, and advance racial, social and economic equity through employment.

“Working Wardrobes has consistently demonstrated its commitment to transform lives and empower individuals on their journey to gainful employment,” said Little. “I am honored to join the board and assist this amazing organization as they help people at any stage in their lives hoping to enter the workforce.”

Since 1990, Working Wardrobes has made an indelible mark in the lives of its clients and in the community. The goal of the organization is to positively impact every client’s collective way of life, from economical, emotional and environmental perspectives. Every year, Working Wardrobes serves approximately 5,000 job seekers by providing no-cost assessments, training and certifications, career coaching, individualized employment plans and professional wardrobing services.
