Attendees enjoyed food and beverages along with photo opportunities with Zach Impastato, a wounded warrior, and his service dog, Kelly. Impastato shared his moving story about his military service, struggles and how his dog companion brought him back to a happy life with family and friends. Impastato is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served six plus years. He was deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom. He graduated from K9s For Warriors with Service Dog Kelly in September 2016.

A special moment took place when Travis Kross, the event photographer donated by Bowman Group Media, walked up to the ticket table and said he would like to donate to our soldiers! In addition, Wendy Sanchez of Super Tacos donated some of her hard-earned money to the cause, as well.
